In 2012, she appeared as a child artist in the TV series Radha Hi Bawari. She played the role of Jui D’Costa. In 2015, she acted in the Marathi film Tu Hi Re as Pihu. Mrunal Jadhav’s debut film was Lai Bhaari in 2014. It was a Marathi action drama film. It is directed by Nishikant Kamat and story written by Sanjay Pawar. This film was produced by the famous south Indian actress Genelia D’Souza. Mrunal appeared in this film as Renuka, Sakha’s daughter. It was a hit film in Marathi in 2014.
