Sivaangi Krishnakumar started her career in singing at a young age. When she was 9 years old, she got her first opportunity to sing a song for a Tamil movie titled Pasanga. The movie had one song from Sivaangi and this was her debut in the film industry. After this, she did not sing further songs in films for a long time.
She focused on her education and later came back to Super Singer program in the year 2019. She was doing her college education at that time and auditioned for the Season 7 of this music reality show. This got her good recognition in the industry and judges were impressed with her unique voice. The audience loved her voice and she became a huge star. She stood in the top 6th position in that program.
After the success of this program, she was again called for the Super Singer program in 2020 for a guest appearance due to her popularity.
